Initially designed to serve tax oriented businesses, soon was expanded to accommodate other types of businesses.
With the spreading of the pandemic and the need for a touchless system that could manage queues effectively, QHANDLE evolved to allow user's phones as the input device to add themselves to the queue.

 Questionnaire
  • Start by scanning a simple QR code using any smartphone.
  • User can choose between English Spanish and Portuguese questions (everything will be shown in English on the Queue Manager).
  • Large text and controls for easy readability and access.
  • After submitting the questions users can choose to receive an email with a link to check their position on the queue and can get away from the queue while still knowing their position.
  • Each user has to accept the general conditions of use which may include permission to opt into marketing actions.
  • All data received from clients is downloadable in CSV/Excel format for further processing/statistics or marketing purposes.
 Screen Appliance
  • A small hardware appliance can be bought or rented to show queues on a screen (TV or monitor).
  • The device connects to the business Wi-Fi to show the queue as well as the presentation.
  • The screen is divided into 2 portions: one with 75% os the available space for an endless slide loop presentation, and the other with the remaining 25% with a list of queue numbers and names.
  • The slides can easily be built with applications such as PowerPoint or OpenOffice and exported to JPG image format for uploading.
  • The slides/images are uploaded by dragging and dropping them on a page. They will self-arrange on a list that can then be reordered. New slides can be entered at any time, their order can be changed and slides can also be activated/deactivated or removed with the click of a button.
  • By restarting the appliance the new slides will become effective immediately or, after every hour, the appliance will refresh its content showing the newly added slides.

 Pre sales questions

Q: Is there any contract attached to the subscription?
A: No, there is no contract whatsoever. You're free to use the application for one month and then not use it for any period of time and then come back and use it again whenever you have clients or your business demands it. (We will delete unused accounts if they are older than 2 years and haven't been used)

Q: Is the screen Appliance mandatory?
A: No, some of our clients do not use it. You can choose to buy it if you plan to have a screen showing your queue all the time. If your activity is seasonal, you can rent it for as low as $25/month with a 100% refundable deposit of $100)

 Can you help us with the presentation slides?

Yes, we have a department tasked to help clients creating or adapting presentations and other tasks for a fee. Please contact us if you need further information.

 What if we need a custom questionnaire? Can you help us with that?

Sure. We have a department dedicated to helping our customers getting the best out of the system we designed..

 Can we download the information gathered by our questionnaires?

Of course. That information belongs to you/your company. We provide an option to export the information to convenient CSV files that can easily be used to post process data in other programs such as Excel.
